Our Story

This firm was registered in 1995 and commenced full business in 1997. CHIEF CORNERSTONE INVESTMENTS Limited is engaged in Building and Civil Engineering Construction works, export of agricultural products and mining/quarrying.

In the year 2011, We diversified into mining and granite quarrying activities. This has led into the establishment of a quarry along Dutse Bmuko Road in Dutse, Bwari Local Government Area of the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.

We have also been engaged in the export of charcoal, timber, sesame seed and palm kernel shell.

Mr. Oluyemi studied Civil Engineering at the University of Lagos between 1981 and 1986. He bagged a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Lagos University in 1988.

He began employment in Ladiom Associates (Consulting Engineers) in Lagos in 1987 where he gained a wealth of experience in civil engineering designs, construction management and supervision.

In 1989, Mr. Oluyemi joined the office of Hancock Ogundiya & Partners and became a Partner in 1991.

Mr. O.O. Oluyemi was elected a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in 1990 and was registered by the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) in 1991.He was elected a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in December 2007.

Mr. Oluyemi has worked on many Structural and Civil Engineering projects before joining Chief Cornerstone INVESTMENTS Limited and he is currently the Managing Director of CHIEF CORNERSTONE INVESTMENTS LIMITED.
2 MRS. ADEFUNKE OMOSALEWA OLUYEMI Deputy Managing Director B.Ed in French & Education

MRS OLUYEMI studied Civil Engineering at the Lagos State University where she bagged a Bachelor of Education degree in French & Education.

She earlier attended the St Andrews College of Education ,Oyo in Oyo State where she obtained the National Certificate in Education (NCE) with specialization in French & Education.

In the year 1992, Mrs. OLUYEMI joined the office of LEVENTIS FOUNDATION NIGERIA LTD/GTE where she worked in several capacities till 1998.

Mrs. OLUYEMI has worked on many Building projects since she joined Chief Cornerstone Investments Limited and she is currently the Deputy Managing Director of CHIEF CORNERSTONE INVESTMENTS LIMITED. She is also versatile in sourcing agricultural products for exports.
